Even though you took the kerf into account when working on the Rhino model, you still need to do test laser cuts so that your pieces can fit together perfectly. I should also double check my cut sheet to make sure that my joints are correct and fit together properly. Also, next time I need to be aware that clear acrylic will not look as clean as the colored ones.
